| Hydrating Milk Bath
Adding Nonfat powdered milk to any bath makes a moisturizing lovely bath. You can use as little or as much as you like.
We like the following combination:
1 C Powdered Milk
1/2 C Cornstarch
1/2 C Epsom salts
Let all the dry ingredients combine in the bath water before entering. Scent with your favorite essential oils.
Benefits:
- Research has shown taking time to quietly, slowly bath releases stress and allows you to feel deeper levels of joy! (sound good?)
- Seriously, the milk hydrates and the epsom salts are full of muscle healing magnesium!
